Gina Marie Guiley

Among other areas, Gina has substantial experience in civil litigation, including many types of personal injury cases. Before becoming a plaintiff’s lawyer, she spent the first 10+ years of her career working for insurance defense and insurance coverage firms. Her experience on both sides of a case, and understanding of insurance coverage, gives her a unique tactical advantage that has proven to be invaluable in resolving some of the more challenging cases. She takes pride in resolving cases quickly and efficiently and has successfully litigated against insurance companies, sometimes turning around claims that were previously denied or low-balled.

Gina’s practice focuses primarily on personal injury matters and insurance bad faith. She is dedicated to representing individuals who have been injured in motor vehicle accidents, bicycle collisions, truck accidents, slip and falls, dog bites, product injuries, traumatic brain injury and other catastrophic injury cases. She is also dedicated to helping individuals fight against insurance companies who have wrongfully denied insurance claims under their own policies.
