I also help small businesses transfer employees to the United States (L-1) or hire employees in the United States (H-1B)

One of the most rewarding areas of Immigration Law is helping people apply for political asylum as well as applying for U.S. citizenship.

In the area of Social Security Disabiltiy Law, I represent people applying for disability at every stage of the process from the initial application, to a hearing in front of a judge (ALJ) or an appeal in federal court, if necessary.
