Attorney Biography
Gary M. C. Wong first attended University of San Francisco School of Law prior to transferring into Pepperdine School of Law. With a passion for litigation, Gary focused his studies on trial preparation and appellate advocacy, earning him the best advocate for Trial Advocacy at Pepperdine.
Gary also undertook intensive training in alternative dispute resolution, and graduated with a Certificate in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine's Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution. Previously, as a mediator under official Court settings, Gary helped mediate disputes between parties by providing creative alternative solutions.
Prior to forming W&L Law group, Gary interned at the prestigious international law firm, King & Wood Mallesons. Subsequently, he served as the lead civil litigation counsel at another distinguished international law firm, the Law Offices of Hu & Associates, handling a wide range of litigation issues and cases, including state and federal appeals.
As the Lead Counsel, Gary was also the lead negotiator for the firm, regularly engaging in series of tough settlement negotiations on behalf of his clients.
