Ms. Faith Nouri is not only an attorney at law in California with offices in Huntington Beach, but she is also a Barrister & Solicitor in British Columbia, Canada. Ms. Nouri is licensed to practice in both the U.S. and Canadian Federal Courts.
Ms. Nouri is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and an incoming officer for 2006. She was officer from 2006 to 2009 and AILA Vice-Chair for Southern California in 2008-2009.
She is the past Chair of the Immigration Section of the L.A. County Bar Association (LACBA) for 2005-2006 and Chair of National Security Exit and Entry System (NSEERS) Standing Committee of the Immigration Section of LACBA from 2002 to 2008.
She liaises on behalf of AILA and LACBA with respect to Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE), Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and NSEERS, and Registration regulations/issues from 2002 to 2008.
She has been the liaison / chairperson for several years with CBP Bureau, and ICE Bureau in this jurisdiction.
