I work proactively with real estate owners, lessors, developers and investors to apply the perspective I have developed over the last 28 years to develop and deliberately implement solutions in transactional and litigation matters, including sales and purchases, options, leases, acquisition, construction, bridge and take-out financing, lot-line adjustments, water rights, and purchase, development, title, boundary and construction defect disputes.
