Attorney Biography
For nearly 20 years, Elizabeth Moreno has ethically and aggressively represented people from diverse backgrounds with compassion, integrity, competence, and determination in a wide variety of personal injury matters, including defective conditions of commercial and residential property, construction defects motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death, truck accidents, dog bites, construction defect, and third-party workplace accidents.
Every day the law presents new challenges. Elizabeth marshals her considerable experience, skill, and legal acumen to adapt to these challenges and obtain substantial settlements for her clients. She has successfully negotiated and litigated against multi-million-dollar entities, including insurance companies, corporations, businesses, and state and local governments. Elizabeth advocates for and supports her clients at each step of the legal process, carefully communicating with and educating her clients throughout their case.
Born and raised in East San Jose, Elizabeth, saw the inequities and underrepresentation of the Latin/Hispanic community throughout the legal system. As a Spanish-speaking attorney, she can integrate an understanding of her Latin/Hispanic culture and values with the legal system to obtain full and fair resolutions that maximize her clients’ recoveries.
Elizabeth earned her undergraduate degree from Santa Clara University (1998) with a double major in Spanish and political science with a pre-law emphasis and is a proud graduate of Thomas Jefferson School of Law (2004).
Elizabeth is an active member of the Alameda County Bar Association, Alameda Contra Costa Trial Lawyers Association, and the Consumer Attorneys of California.
She lives in the Tri-Valley with her husband and two children. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and attending and supporting local youth sports organizations.
