Mr. Pinchiff is helping those in the cannabis & hemp industies find their way through local and State regulations & rules including licensing, zoning, code enforcement & citations, conditional use permits, corporate documents, and business laws. He is also skilled in assisting State and local jurisdictions write the laws & regulations that fairly balance the interests of the community with those of the industry.
