Mr. Hensel is a partner at Bartell, Hensel & Gressley in Riverside, California. He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1983 and to the State Bar of Nebraska in 1984. Mr. Hensel graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Law with a Juris Doctorate Degree with Distinction in 1983 where he was also a Member of The Law Review and the Order of The Coif. While he is known primarily as a Family Law Attorney, Mr. Hensel has practiced Criminal Law and Civil Litigation extensively and has handled numerous jury trials with tremendous results in a wide variety of areas. Mr. Hensel while based in Riverside California has handled voluminous matters throughout California as well as in other States on a frequent basis. While in College, Mr. Hensel was a 4 year starter at Elmhurst for College Football Hall of Fame Coach Tom Beck where he was an All-Conference Defensive Tackle and was a member of Elmhurst's First Conference Championship Team in History.
