Attorney Biography
David Young is a business lawyer with decades of transactional and litigation experience. A graduate of Harvard College and The Cornell Law School, Mr. Young served as Law Clerk to the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Alaska, and as Assistant Attorney General of Alaska. He has been recognized by Pasadena Magazine as one of California’s Top Attorneys.
Mr. Young is admitted to practice in California, New York, Alaska, and Rhode Island, and before various federal courts, including the Supreme Court of the United States. He was a member of the legal team involved in the structuring, financing, and litigation that led to the construction of the Trans-Alaska Oil Pipeline, one of the largest construction projects in U.S. history.
Mr. Young is also experienced in complex litigation against State and Federal Governments and Agencies, including litigation involving natural resources, environmental issues, and other complicated constitutional issues.
