Focusing on Federal and State criminal defense since 1977. I also have a recognized focus in Federal and State forfeiture law. I have appeared before numerous state and federal courts throughout the country, including 5 federal Courts of Appeal and twice before the US Supreme Court, where I was counsel of record in Raich v Gonsalez and U.S. v. $490,210 US Currency.
