Daniel Kim, Esq., is the founder and managing partner of DK Law, a respected California personal injury firm built on principles of integrity, empathy, and fierce client advocacy. Before becoming an attorney, Daniel served in the U.S. Army as a paralegal in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps, where he was stationed in South Korea and Iraq. His time in the military, especially working closely with soldiers and their families during some of their most difficult moments, shaped his deep sense of duty, compassion, and resilience—qualities that now define his legal practice. After earning a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Maryland and a J.D. from Chapman University School of Law, Daniel founded DK Law with a mission to fight for those who can’t fight for themselves. He has personally helped recover over $300 million for accident victims, often taking on life-altering injury cases with unwavering commitment. More than just a litigator, Daniel is known for being present with his clients—calling them directly, walking them through every step, and treating their pain as if it were his own.
