CARLOS C. RUAN has over 25 years experience in Criminal Defense. Primary area of practice is Federal offenses. Including Narcotics offenses, Border busts, alien smuggling, and RICO offenses. He has successfully handled serious felony cases such as murder, manslaughter, rape, burglary, Juvenile law. He has always dedicated his practice exclusively to defending the accused in State, Federal and Juvenile court.
