About Arlene Carmen Lea

Attorney Biography

Arlene believes every employer has the right to a strong defense, expecially Uninsured Employers, Employers who are too little to pick their own attorney, but big enought to want someone in their corner pushing the carrier to make their case a priority (Employer Bill of Rights) and employers who have WC coverage for the injury, but not for claims for Wrongfull terminiation because of a WC case, or Serious & Willful misconduct alledged by an employee.

A good case is resolved for the right price at the right time.

Arlene worked in the Claims departments of two of the largest carriers, attended law school while working and handled severe injury, government employers, carriers and defense to special pleadings as an attorney.  She now limits the number of cases she handles.  She believes each client's case is important and deserves attention.  She provides legal services on flat rates.  You know her legal defense cost when she agrees to be retained.

With Arlene, you have an attorney who knows the system, law, attorneys and judges.
