About Ane R Murphy

Attorney Biography

I am a certified specialist in Family Law, certified by the California State Bar. I have been practing law for 22 years. I have been named a Super Lawyer from 2007 through 2014, which is awarded to the top 5% of lawyers in Northern California. I was awarded the 2014 Henry Collada award by the Santa Clara County Bar Association for excellance in serving as court appointed minor's counsel.

As an attorney it is my goal to help my client through a difficult process as quickly and inexpensively as possible while still making sure my client receives a fair and reasonable settlement. I am willing to mediate a matter or use the colloborative model. Most cases settle but if they do not settle because of disagreement or a party is being unreasonable then litigation becomes necessary. I am an experienced trial lawyer and prepared to fully litigate a matter.
