Attorney Biography
Prior to co-founding the firm, Aidin defended Fortune 500 corporations and insurance companies in multimillion-dollar employment cases in both state and federal court.
Aidin co-founded Starpoint Law and represents plaintiffs in cases involving wrongful termination, wage and hour, harassment, discrimination, and retaliation claims.
Aidin’s practice focuses on providing effective and aggressive prosecution of labor and employment claims on behalf of victims of workplace harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wage theft. He continues to achieve impressive results for his clients and was selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2021, an honor reserved for less than 2.5% of California lawyers.

He is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the California Employment Lawyers Association.
Mr. Ghavimi devotes time to pro bono work and provides legal help to low-income individuals in the greater Los Angeles area through a number of community-based free legal clinics.
Aidin graduated from USC with honors and received his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.
While at Loyola, Mr. Ghavimi served as a Federal Judicial Extern for the Honorable Chief Judge George H. King in the United States District Court, Central District of California.
