Attorney Biography
Another first for Patty was becoming the first Collaborative Law trained attorney in Arkansas and one of the founders of the Collaborative Family Lawyers of Arkansas. Collaborative Law is an alternative to litigation that provides a way for clients to control their divorce process themselves with little involvement from the Court. It provides for privacy and is usually less expensive than litigation.
