Bennie O'Neil

I was referred to Bennie by someone he knew. I contacted him on February 5, 2021 inquiring about legal medical guardenship. I explained to him that my mom had two other children that live in Arkansas and that I reside in South Carolina. I explained to him that her other two children are not involved with her. I also stated that I didn't have a relationship with my siblings. I was asked to call him back on Monday. I called him back on February 8, 2021. He was not prepared to speak with and asked me to call him back in thirty-five minutes. I called him back he was very unprofessional speaking to me in a loud and rude tone. I was prepared to send him the letter from my mom's physician along with my ID and birth certificate. Bennie needs to learn people skills, communication skills, and how to conduct himself professionally. He treated me like I was asking for a handout. Bennie I was ready and willing to pay for his services. I will get and pay for my mom's medical guardenship but it won't be provided to me by Bennie O'Neil.
