Attorney Biography

Paul E. Deloughery is an experienced estate planning and probate litigation attorney with over 25 years of experience. He is committed to providing personalized and effective legal representation to clients throughout Arizona.  After receiving his Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science degrees from Indiana University-Bloomington, Paul went on to earn his Juris Doctor degree from the Iowa College of Law. He is licensed to practice law in Arizona and is a member of the State Bar of Arizona and WealthCounsel. He is a certified Family Wealth Advisor. He is also the author of Lasting Wealth – A Revolutionary Method of Family Wealth Transfer (available on Amazon).
