Attorney Biography
Patrick Forrest has over 20 years of legal experience, including roles as a JAG Officer, Presidential Management Fellow, and attorney at the Department of Homeland Security. He has also taught at George Washington University and held a Fulbright Research Chair. He is a graduate of the Virginia Military Institute (B.A.), Syracuse University (J.D.), and George Washington University (LL.M.).
