Matthew Steven Schultz

In my experience, Attorney Matthew Schultz is one of the most dangerous, deceptive, dishonest individuals practicing law today. His repugnant behavior, willingness and deliberate filing of false statements and refusal to correct the record is in contradiction to his obligation to operate truthfully and in good faith. A cursory search of his name through the Arizona State Bar website reflects repeated ethics violations, that are extremely alarming! The Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure (Rule 11) and A.R.S. 41-328 apparently mean absolutely nothing to him if they do not serve his agenda.
