Poor performance and lack of Accountability
Marshall Hunt and Davis Miles are one of the reasons I lost close to $500K. What a waste of money
and an incompetent lawyer. He seemed constantly overworked, unprepared, and missed deadlines. He
also never requested valuable evidence, like bank account statements that showed my ex business
partners embezzlement and financial misappropriations. I paid for 2 outside legal firms to review
the case and both were mind blown how much of a mess up Marshall was. He really hamstringed our
case, which was very evident after firing him. Do not use him or Davis Miles. They lack integrity
and only care about getting as much money from you as possible. Almost every time I went into Davis
Miles there was some sort of party going on. It was pretty eye opening to see your money and
lawyer's time is probably spent on partying and a new multimillion dollar office building instead of
working on your case.
