Attorney Biography
Partner Kenneth H. Brendel focuses primarily on civil litigation matters involving a wide variety of issues and representative clients. He has represented many Northern Arizona governmental entities, including municipalities and school districts, in claims involving civil rights violations, negligence, wrongful discharge, breach of contract and other torts.
Mr. Brendel’s representation of non-governmental entities has also been widely varied and has involved construction defects, negligence claims, personal injury matters, products liability, environmental issues, administrative law, and contested probate, as well as a case involving the Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organization Act (RICO) and many other tort claims.
