Daniel R Warner

After Daniel R. Warner began his career by earning one of the highest multi-state bar exam scores in the country, he practiced with an “AV-rated” firm, where he concentrated on litigation and business law. Dan then became the co-founder of the Kelly / Warner law firm and led the firm’s litigation and business groups. 

Today, as a partner at RM Warner, he focuses the majority of his practice on litigating cases involving Internet defamation, false and misleading advertising/marketing, unfair competition and cyber harassment. Although based in Arizona, Dan Warner has litigated internet defamation cases in California, Texas, Nevada, Pennsylvania, New York, Georgia, North Carolina and Florida, as well as numerous cases in Arizona. Mr. Warner also works on various contractual, commercial, business, real estate, Internet and Internet marketing matters. A list of his focus areas can be found below.
