Be Careful

My wife and I were in a custody battle with DHR over our grandson. Our attorney, Marcus Helstowski (McDaniel and McDaniel) recommended we hire Mr. Heatherly to protect the rights of our young daughter. I ended up having to file a complaint with the Alabama State Bar concerning Mr. Heatherly's unethical behavior with his female client - our daughter.
