My husband hired Attorney Odalo to represent him for a alleged resisting arrest case. Once our retainer fee was paid, we were on our own. Our calls wouldn't be returned for a week and we were rarely updated with information on the case unless we called and waited the entire week to be called back. Odalo appointed a representative by the name of Asia Patterson to my husbands case who was also rarely available. When we would inquire about my husbands case, she would look on CCAP to provide new information. My husband who in his mid thirties and has never had a criminal record was sentenced to 60 days in jail under their representation. In my opinion, if your goal is to avoid jail time, DON'T HIRE THIS ATTORNEY!!!!
