Hired Ms. Gowarek to help me prove that my Grandson's mother was unfit. Gave her overwhelming evidence to prove it in Family court. From documents to pictures, videos and witnesses. She did not present any of it, she let the mother badger me while I was on the witness stand. I had to do my own objecting to things that were not relevant. She didn't call any of my witnesses to testify including CPS. Gave her medical records, signed school documents, daycare, hospital and so on. She did NOT do her job that she was hired for. Think about this, how does an uneducated mother win with no attorney? The mother knows nothing about the laws at all, verses an EDUCATED Lawyer? Ask yourself that question before hiring her. She may have passed the Bar, but she is not a smart lawyer, or she doesn't care to do her job because she was already paid. She is in it for the money not for the purpose. She will not fight for you or children. I would think twice about hiring her.
