Lawyer Referral Service of the Snohomish County Bar Association - The Snohomish County Bar Association (SCBA) in Everett, Washington, has established a lawyer referral service. The non-profit Lawyer Referral Service helps the public find a qualified local attorney. In exchange for a $35 consultation fee, the individual is entitled to a 30 minute consultation with the attorney at no additional charge. The service screens the attorneys for their experience and good standing with the Washington Sate Bar.
