Attorney Biography

Lambros Politis is Lead Counsel at Ark Law Group. He heads a team dedicated to providing quality debt settlement services to distressed homeowners and consumer borrowers. Utilizing his gifts of empathy and clarity and drawing on his years of experience, Lambros conducts regular pro bono consultations, helping homeowners and borrowers make informed decisions regarding their mortgage and personal debt. His goal is to help clients regain control, understand their options and get a fresh start. Lambros is regularly invited to speak at the John L. Scott, Coldwell Banker and Windermere real estate brokerages. He teaches continuing education classes at the Seattle-King County Association of Realtors as well as at the Rockwell Institute. He is the author of the popular book, the Complete Guide to Short Sales, published in 2013.

Lambros graduated from the University of Washington, and from Seattle University School of Law in 2009.
