hired Ms. Nguyen as a limited scope Attorney for a 2 day MSA at the beginning of Aug. 2021. I told her what I needed at a minimum & what my expectations were going into this MSA & even provided her with tons of evidence of proof & documents as to all my husbands Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault & Death threats he made on me of our 21 yrs. of marriage. I shared all the fraud ex committed & ran 2 sex trafficking rings out of our rental houses, my husband had kept me from my court awarded possession of my 2 young children over the past 2 yrs. due to parental alienation because of his mental illness of NPD (Narcissistic Personality Disorder) diagnosed of by our 5 yr. Marriage & Psychotherapist. He is diagnosed with sex addiction, pornography addiction, and substance abuse. I told Ms. Nguyen I would not make any offers or accept any offers at this MSA as my ex had not filed our extremely late IRS 2020 tax returns as it was already 3/4 of the way into 2021 so I would not know what, or how much money we had in our Estate which ended up being $5 Million Dollars (find this out AFTER he filed the taxes end of Sept. 2021). And it DID show how many assets he had sold during the divorce that by law illegal for him to do as those assets he sold also had my name on them. 1st day of MSA NO financial documents were provided for my review or reference that are STANDARD to be provided at a divorce MSA ie:: Past 5 years Tax Returns, Assets & Valuations on any real estate owned, All bank statements for past 5 yrs., W-2’s, Mortgage Interest Statements, IRA documentation, Life Insurance Policies, Any Pension or Profit Sharing Documentation. Etc. etc. and NOTHING was provided at that MSA except for a made up FRAUDULENT Financial Worksheet made up by my mentally ill husband that the Mediator allowed him to utilize with no fact checking if it was accurate as it had ALL incorrect $ figures, missing Real Estate monies, missing tons of bank accounts I knew my husband had, so on that 1st day when I was being FORCED under coercion & duress by EVERYONE including Opposing Counsel, Ms. Nguyen and the Mediator tried to make me agree to division of our property & assets I told everyone I was NOT going to make ANY offers or accept ANY offers due to my husbands violations in NOT complying with to have taxes done PRIOR to the MSA & ended up in tears told them I was done & hung up the phone. I then receive text & email from Ms. Nguyen 1 day prior to day 2 of MSA I had to return back to MSA in person this time at mediators office w/ her to discuss Conservatorship of my children & Vy was VERY clear I wanted SOLE Conservatorship of my 2 children because of my husbands long standing Domestic Violence, Sexual Assaults & death threats he did not only on me for 21 yrs., as well as his 2nd wife of 7yrs. and is why she divorced him, as well as his 1st wife. I gave Ms. Nguyen proof of my husbands Subpoenaed POSITIVE test for substance abuse during the divorce when he was caught driving drunk w/ my children, his criminal actions of stalking & abusing my children under his possession. Vy never confirmed or denied I was getting anything I had asked for & then an I pad was brought into our conf. Rm. & she told me to sign & initial it! I asked why? as I had not seen any documents as to what we had & had not agreed upon any terms of the MSA & she told me that it was to say we came to no agreements over the 2 day MSA & that it was only to say we had appeared & would need to come back to re-mediate. I trusted her as my legal counsel to NOT lie to me & coerce me into signing ANYTHING that she knew I did not know SHE had in fact made an agreement to mediator & O.C. on my behalf against my wishes that I ended up losing EVERYTHING including my children!!
