Behavior resembles criminals

Tristan Harris Longino operates illegally as a Harris county judge in that he has NO valid oath of office on file as a judge. He filed an oath in a diffh Name with the Secretary of State. Also his oath is only a state level oath not valid under the constitution. Thirdly he gets direct payment from the federal government under title iv-D which makes him a federal contractor working as a state judge . This is expressly forbidden. He also purposely on October 2020, November 2020, January 2019 ignored severe instances of child abuse, told other attorney to alter a attorney general record, Violated constitutional rights of myself as well as several other humans in Houston Texas when he denied us a trial by jury (demand made and fee paid), denied the constitution claiming “you have no remedy” and “under what authority can the constitution be used” In open court where members of court watch. And the media recorded him. Once a judge violates the oath nothing they do is judicial. This is why fake court “orders” have no Clerck of court signature or state seal in same page as the “judges” signature. The “court” adds the Clerck seal on to a latter page making it merely a cute note from a person. A valid court order requires the clh Of court to sign on same page as judge as well as bearing a seal on same page. Most times other signatures will need to be also on same page. Anything bearing only a judge signature without a Clerck mean squat . Tristan Longino is engaging in trust actions pretending to be family law court.
