Absolute disgrace to law and incredibly unethical/unprofessional Attorney. My Daughters Mom and I had a disagreement as; “Joint Managing Conservators” regarding education/welfare. Robert sent me email this morning, “inviting me file something with court” if I disagree with his advisement of her to disobey court orders. Haha. Mind you, he is not Attorney of case record, no Attorney client/engagement, violated procedures of representation, advisement without retainment, improper due diligence, lacks Legal capacity claimed, advised illegally to disobey orders, and violating Texas Disciplinary Code of Conduct. I will be crafting a lengthy complaint letter to Chief Disciplinary Counsel for variety of illegal procedures and violations. Stay away from this CLOWN 🤡 if you care about your family's best interest. Don’t be intimidated by illegal threats of suit for removal of review which is protected by FTC Consumer Review Act. FTC CRA prevents recourse and unlawfulness of illegal intimidation threats to remove. I have plenty of proof and will make it available to Texas Chief Disciplinary Counsel for their legal decisision of disciplinary sanctions.
