At first, he puts on a good front i hired him for a divorce case had to put down $5,000 and pay rest out. Just a few months into the case it got hard to get a answer Via Text or email. I called his office and spoke to a legal assistant, and she set up an appointment for me to talk to Mr. Slaughter over the phone. I got to speak to him over the phone but shortly after I had questions regarding my case I text, Emailed him no response, A few weeks later i asked for a detailed payment sheet this took almost a month to get and when i did receive it was on a spread sheet hand written with the retainer fee and what i had paid, nothing about how much time they had spent on my case showing where my $7,000 had went to. This really made me question this firm so i started looking for other council, when i found someone else to represent me i emailed him and all his staff saying i had hired different council and why still got no answer which this had gotten very common. He got to where he wouldn't answer at all and when you spend this kind of money you would think this wouldn't be an issue so I wouldn't ever recommend this firm to anyone don't waste your hard-earned money.
