My experience with this attorney was frustrating and concerning. The court record shows major events like indictment filings and bench warrants, but these were never communicated to the client. Despite repeated calls, emails, and texts, communication was virtually nonexistent. Affidavits from key parties supporting dismissal were ignored, and substitute attorneys were sent to court instead of showing up personally. Eventually, the court itself allowed withdrawal/substitution of counsel. If you need someone responsive, diligent, and committed to communication, this was not my experience.
