Mr Montes was my court appointed attorney when I had been charged with display of a fictitious state insignia (registration sticker). As soon as he was assigned to me, he pulled me outside to talk to me and hear my side. He told me what he was going to suggest to the judge community service in exchange for the charge being dismissed. He did just that. I did 8 hours of community service and once it was done the case was dismissed. I would have to recommend him to anyone needing a good, no nonsense, to the point lawyer.
