Defense Verdict
Plaintiff (former paramour) sued Defendant for
alleged breach of promise to marry, promise to
repay an alleged loan, and promise to act a a
medical director of a foreign aesthetic clinic.
Parties had been apart for well over one year.
After Plaintiff learned Defendant married, she
sued on 9 separate causes of action in law and
equity. Defense counsel prevailed in a three day
jury trial with a unanimous verdict for the
