I would Love to say that this "attorney" did her best,in my husband's 207th District Court,Region 3 Comal County Case #CR2016-665.BUT I CANNOT !!! The only reason I had to give her 1 Star,is because I had to at least do that to get into this review... Let me tell y'all,she did Nothing until she received her last payment that closed out her grand total of $17,500 ,in which yes we did hire her,but only then did she put in a motion to suppress,when it's already to late and only four months until his jury,unjustly,corrupted trial,in which he was found guilty and we were not even in court on February 3,2020,in which she has not alerted me upon this mess up because he was found guilty by jury on February 6,2020 and never talked and explained to us anything throughout his resets on his upcoming trial,she was always to busy.So I definitely DO NOT RECCOMEND GINA MOTZ,because she did recently get married to a man that had no runners up,this is why he won Constable Precinct 1,who supports Shane Rapp,a crooked Comal County Cop.She WON'T fight for you,she'll let whomever claim and find you guilty and would NOT prove that your innocent.I'm currently going to take her to The State Bar Association in Texas.
