Let me begin by saying that if there was a way to leave Elizabeth Collum Ozmun a zero star review I would do it. When I needed help dealing with a nightmare primarily what they did was add to my trauma through an almost complete lack of communication, incredible degrees of condescension when they did communicate and the continual message that we don't care about you one iota but will cheerfully bill you $600 per hour for the privilege of being ignored and abused. Needless to say, this turned into a nightmare. She's not worth it!
