Applicant took his naturalization exam on 9/2021 and was approved on the same day. Applicant participated in a naturalization ceremony and became a U.S. citizen on 10/2021. Applicant can now apply for a U.S. passport, apply to work in public office, register to vote, serve as a jury, and enjoy all of the benefits of a U.S. naturalized citizen.

Client no longer wished to be married. Client hired our office on or about 7/2021. Our office reached out to her husband and explained the divorce process. Both parties signed an Agreed Final Decree of Divorce and the case divorce was granted on or about 10/2021.

Applicant and her daughter (child) utilized our office's services to file an I-130, Petition for Alien Relative and an I-485, Application to Adjust Status on or about 9/2020.  Applicant's adjustment of status interview was waived and her application was approved on 7/14/2021. Applicant is now a Green Card holder and can apply for an unrestricted Social Security Card - and remain in the United States permanently.

Applicant attended a marriage interview on or about 4/2019 and received a Notice of Intent to Deny (NOID). Applicant utilized our legal services to respond to the NOID on or about 6/2019. Client is from the Dominican Republic and entered the country without inspection on or about 10/2000. Client married a U.S. citizen, but was later placed in removal/deportation proceedings on or about 4/2009. After hiring 3 different immigration attorneys and going nowhere, Client hired our office to represent him before the immigration court on or about 12/2016. The immigration court terminated proceedings and the client now has a Permanent Resident Card ("Green Card").

Client wanted to adopt his stepchild, who was originally from Kosovo. Client hired our office on or about 3/2016. Our office filed the necessary documents with the court, communicated with the amicus attorney, and represented our client at the courthouse. The adoption order was granted on 12/2016.
