Attorney Biography
After graduating from law school, I began my legal career at Fulbright & Jaworski, now Norton Rose Fulbright, in Houston Texas. I moved to Beaumont in 1982. In Beaumont, I was a partner in Weller, Green, Toups & Terrell and later at Germer, PLLC, before founding my firm in 2010.
I am married and have five children and twelve grandchildren. My wife, Tresa, is a paralegal and assists me in my law practice.
As a solo attorney, I direct my efforts to the specific needs of each client. Representing clients in a one-on-one relationship motivates me to work tirelessly for clients and to provide the highest quality of affordable legal services. Over 40 years of legal experience!
