Nonsubscriber medical malpractice case where Plaintiff was injured when a co-worker pushed a medication cart into her causing serious bodily injuries. Nursing home offered to settle for $25,000.00. The case was arbitrated in 2015 and Plaintiff tried her case to a judge.

Medical Malpractice case where Walgreens gave Plaintiff the wrong medication. Plaintiff ingested four pills that she claimed caused a neurological condition. Plaintiff's medical bills were approximately $7,500.00

I assisted as counsel in Milanes v. Kroger Co. The case involved a meat cutter at Kroger whose fingers were cut off while operating a meat saw. There was evidence that Kroger did not properly maintain the machine.

This was an automobile accident case where Plaintiff was slammed into by a driver pulling out of a residential parkway. Her medical bills were approximately $20,000.00. Geico was Plaintiff's insurance company, and Plaintiff had an underinsured motorist provision in her policy.
