My son is in jail and has been for over 7 months. He was never indicted and he was never offered a PR Bond. Anthony Eiland never put in a motion for a PR Bond which is violating my son's rights. After 90 days of not be indicted a PR Bond should have been completed. All this time Anthony only talked to my son one time, never explained anything about what is going on with his case to him. Now Anthony Eiland tells me he is no longer my son's lawyer but when my son went to court today, which got rescheduled for the 4th time, Anthony is there. He did nothing to help my son and my son should of been out on PR Bond 4 months ago. All Anthony does is give me excuses of why he can't do anything when I can actually get him to reply to an email. He did not help my son at all.
