When it comes to getting the job done, Ann is the one. Straight to the point, lawyer. If she say something, please listen. She wasn't my lawyer but my brother attorney. I seen him from being frustrated with his first lawyer he hired to very please and clam with Ann.

I was having difficulty with my case & had a good lawyer. I fired him and got Ann Thornton. The case was dismissed in a week. Her communication was Great. Ann kept me informed , in the mist of her busy schedule. Mrs. Thornton is so down to earth, yet serious. When we first met, she gave me her does & don't, than proceed to tackle the case. She not the type of lawyer you have to stay on top, because she does her job, exceptional Well. Thank You Ann!

Giving this lady one star was generous. To start off, I called her weeks before my court date & she did not return my call. Court day came and I presented myself expecting this to be the least bit complicated. Boy was I wrong. My name was not on the docket. I called Ms. Thornton a total of 3 times before she picked up the fourth time & spoke to me with such a nasty attitude. I was from out of state and had no knowledge of what to do. She stated she had no idea who I even was or what I was doing there in the courthouse. MIND YOU SHE WAS ASSIGNED MY CASE 3 DAYS AFTER THE INCIDENT!!!!! When I texted her to call me back ASAP I let her know I did not want to get into any trouble if left the courthouse and since she’s the professional I wanted her to advise on the next steps. She proceeded to send me a condescending text back stating “You can come up to the sixth floor. I’m in the criminal district 6 in front of a judge. Perhaps you can air your outrage here.” My text in no way shape or form gave that kind of impression. I was professional, courteous, and to the point. Not to mention, I had already been there waiting on her for 2.5 hours going on 3. Needless to say, she was of no help at all. Ms. Ann Thornton made this process a living emotional hell because of her unprofessionalism. No matter the work load, a lawyer should not conduct themselves in this manner as they’re messing with peoples REAL lives. Such a terrible and callous human being. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with another person. Real life Karen or maybe she’s going through a mid life crisis/menopause. REGARDLESS DO NOT HIRE THIS WOMAN.
