He is Is public defender to my sons case and my son has been incarcerated for 15-16 months. My son had a court date on Wednesday 4/29/20. He didn't show up and hasn't been to see my son since November. My son is there for a probation violation. Isn't the max time 1 year? My son is just sitting in jail doing dead time.
