Attorney did the referee meeting via phone and did not call on the correct day/time. She was unreachable at the contact information she provided. She also gave an abatement for more overnights than the father has and this information was given to her in testimony, she also had the current custody arrangement in writing. Very poor attention to detail. She submitted the proposed order incorrectly to the judge so there was nothing to sign. Took months to actually get the order to DSS.
