Todd Mosser

Todd Mosser is a Pennsylvania lawyer who specializes in appellate practice, one of the most complex practice fields for the legal profession.

Mr. Mosser graduate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2001 and was admitted to practice in Pennsylvania that same year.

He worked in the Appeals Unit of the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office for eight years and served in the United States Army Reserve for a decade.

Mr. Mosser has also worked as a civil litigator. These days, Mr. Mosser challenges criminal convictions and takes on complex litigation cases that require tenacity, attention to detail and expertise.
