I was granted a PFA against my abusive ex, he was evicted and I was given temporary full possession of our shared home. Nick disregarded the PFA and advised my ex's family that it was OK to go into our home without my knowledge or consent to "get mail". When I attempted to get more information from him about this, he dodged my calls, texts and emails for over a week, telling me that I would have to "take it up with the court". He also dodged my attempts to resolve the PFA issue outside of court, causing his client to lose time with his son. Upon further research and speaking with other attorneys, I found out that he has been convicted of at least one DUI and has had several disciplinary issues with the Bar Association. If you want a lawyer that actually respects the law he represents, DO NOT HIRE NICK WACHINSKI.
