Hiring burns law group in early 2022 was perhaps the largest business mistake I’ve ever made. Mike is very smart with a lot of real estate stuff but he rarely will ever deliver on the promises he makes. Very convincing though. Will look you right in the eyes and tell you how he will do XYZ and then probably never do it. I was forced to call his other job to make sure he was ok after taking my 5k deposit and then becoming unresponsive. Blamed it on elections and moving his office but responding to an e-mail takes 1 min.
