I called three (3) times before I received a return call back. I was informed I would need to fill out a request to speak to Mr Kevin Fogerty but need to pay the $125.00 fee and sign a release before I could schedule anything. I’m thinking total rip off and I’m about to get raped without any lubricant as usual. I was given 10 minutes with this complete asshole who only cared about the charges I’m making but the not the lead up story or reasons why? Basically a lawyer who has lost his ability to listen to customers and find a loophole or ethical reason. This man was only interested in his fee and if he could win without actually working. Long story short, I took the case on myself and I won by writing and proving my case through true grit. Kevin T Fogerty is washed up, old and only interested in cases he can win, not justice. Please do your research and find a younger and better lawyer who isn’t angry and beaten down.

Called looking for help in a very stressful situation. Somebody answered the phone, and I explained that I need "guidance" regarding a specific situation. They said that if I want free guidance I can go to the court. He assumed that I wanted free services. I explained I wanted help. It's too bad that they are so concerned that I just wanted free advice - when I am actually looking for a someone to hire. Rude and condescending from the jump

Within two minutes of my conversation with Mr Fogerty, he had the whole story figured out and knew how, what and who we were going to fight. Here’s the problem, he was wrong and we lost because I listened to this man without a plan. I wasted $5000K on this angry man who has forgotten the law and is now only thinking about his personal issues, nothing more. Do you research and find a real lawyer, this one is rotten!
