I hired Jeffries in january 2021 ro deal with the sale of a residence owned by me and a former spouse. His client responsiveness, thoroughness as a professional and honesty was proven suspect to the point I was forced tp terminate him. I spent $10,000 over 9 months and he accomplished nothing on my case but the inital filings. He is not honest, he is not responsive sometimes taking weeks to return a call or respond to an email, he treats his clients like he's doing you a big favor, and his legal work is sloppy and I would strongly suggest tending to the incompetent. He and his office staff are overly zealous over billings and finding excuses for unecessary billings like retyping a perfectly legitimate offer from an opposing counsel. He also never responded to that offer leaving the other side in the dark always preferring a very litigeous route. He sent me a sales agreement to sign he obviously never reviewed with 2 different purchace prices and a date to respond that had already expired. When I called him and his staff to understand how this could happen they shut down completley and just sent me a bill. I never heard from him. I may refer this matter to the State Supreme Court.
