David J. Schiller, J.D., LLM is a tax attorney in Norristown, PA. He received his law degree in 1984 from the Rutgers University School of Law and his Masters of Law in Taxation from the Villanova University School of Law.
His practice is focused exclusively in the pension, tax and estate planning and contract areas of the law.
His activities include examining income division alternatives among professionals, valuing businesses for buy/sell agreements, drafting employment and shareholders' agreements and pay-out arrangements, establishing business legal structures, selection and implementation of retirement plans, and giving personal management advice for his clients.
